The Trium Incident Response Hotline is a bespoke crisis phone line and answering service hosted by Experian and answered 24/7 for Trium policyholders. Callers will be able to provide key information (listed below) to our Incident Response Hotline which will ensure immediate notice of the incident to Trium and triage by Trium’s breach counsel partner and incident response experts.
Prompt reporting of an incident is important even if you do not yet have all the information listed below.
