• Caller name and contact information.
• Primary contact for company/insured name and contact information.

• Trium policy number.

• Details of incident.

You will be contacted by Trium’s breach counsel partner to begin the triage process. During this initial call, our breach counsel partner will collect certain information about the incident to properly assist with an immediate response.

Please be prepared to discuss:


• General information about your company.

• Details about the incident and whether it has been contained or is ongoing.

• The type of data impacted and/or number of known affected individuals.

• Law enforcement or a government agency notification and involvement.

In order to expedite a response, our breach counsel partner may engage a digital forensic investigation/restoration partner to participate in the initial call as well.
