Dave directly oversees Trium Cyber’s claims practice, guiding clients in working through complex first- and third-party issues. As a qualified lawyer, he has managed thousands of claims to resolution, using a substantial network of seasoned cyber attorneys and trusted response vendors across the globe. Prior to Trium, he served as North American Head of Cyber and E&O Claims at Allied World; he is also a member of the NetDiligence-Cyber Claims Advisory Group, Claims Litigation Management (CLM), the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute (DRI), and the International Association of Privacy Professionals (CIPP/US).
